LETHE fire doors, developed for use on board the modern mega yacht, not only comply with the fire protection requirements for classes BO through to A60, but also fulfil all requirements with regard to individual design possibilities or specific customer requirements.

Panel Systems
The LETHE panel systems family includes solutions for a segmented wall and ceiling surface design. Our metal sandwich panels can be customised according to your weight-saving needs through the use of various surface layers made from aluminium or steel as well as through variation of the core materials of mineral wool, foam or aluminium honeycombs. The multitude of design possibilities for the outer surfaces as well as their availability as fully pre-segmented systems make our sandwich systems the perfect product for the interior fittings for vessels of any kind.
Wall system type LM
Interior wall panel-system of type designation LM
Description
- Interior wall system of type LM with a total thickness of 25 or 50mm, a sound insulation factor of approx. Rw = 24 dB (as single bare wall) and a fire rating of at least B15. Designed with one (25mm) or two (50mm) decorative surface sides in PVC foil, painted sheet metal or without decorative surface as bare wall system
- Sound insulation values for all systems were measured under test conditions. Final values depend on room and installation conditions
- All panels, unless otherwise described, to be of sandwich type with a mineral wool core of 150kg/m³. Sheet metal covering to be optionally made of steel plates with a thickness of 0.70mm or aluminum with a thickness of 0.80mm. Special execution in stainless steel possible
- Standard grid width of wall system to be 535mm single width and panel lengths up to 2500mm to be in accordance with specific room situation. ! The maximum panel length according latest valid certificates needs to be considered for B class divisions !

The LETHE product and service solutions include all insulating applications on board. Shore Power Solutions
Amended and new regulations and requirements valid both today and in the future call for reduced emissions by vessels while docked at the berth. A simple and cost-efficient possibility to comply with the guidelines is the use of shore connection systems. These require a failsafe flexible solution to bridge the vessel/shore interface. With the aim of addressing this issue we developed our containerized on-shore power supply systems, drawing on over ten years of experience that we have in this field to provide a variable and economically viable 6,6 kV (HVSC) system.

The AMPCon40-MS on-shore power supply system that is now available is
the result of the consistent development and improvement as well as the
optimization of all individual components. In this context, increased
attention was paid to requirements from the market and to their systematic
implementation. One example of this is the option to position the unit in
the midship area as well as on the port or starboard side. This variability
provides for compatibility with the majority of the vessels in a fleet. In
addition, these features are supported by a robust cable guiding system
with low maintenance requirements which can be used by the crew members to
securely route a minimum of 55m of cable over the side of the vessel to the
shore.
The optimized control system, which also ensures the tensioning function,
in combination with the entirety of the components, allows for a “HV
Shore Connection System (HVSC)” produced in accordance with
international standards.
By gaining the company ABB as a system partner, who has overall
responsibility for the system, if requested by the customer, we are able to
offer a complete package of container units and any necessary adaptations
to the vessel.
